These Affiliate Terms of Use ("Affiliate Terms") govern participation in the Retraite Eveil affiliate programme (the "Programme"). The Programme is operated by Damien Soitout Holdings, a company located in Cyprus, trading as Retraite Eveil ("we", "us", the "Organiser").

By submitting an affiliate application or promoting Retraite Eveil using a referral link, you ("Affiliate", "you") agree to these Affiliate Terms, our general Terms & Conditions, and our Privacy Policy where applicable to your use of the Website and your affiliate account.

The Programme is designed for referring guests to book psilocybin truffle retreats on retraite-eveil.com. It is not a product-reseller or membership scheme. Commissions apply to confirmed, paid retreat registrations attributed to your referral link under the rules below.

1. About the Programme

Retraite Eveil organises guided psilocybin truffle retreats in the Netherlands. Affiliates share a personal referral link. When someone you refer completes a paid retreat booking on retraite-eveil.com within the tracking window, you may earn a commission according to the tier structure in section 7.

Affiliate participation is voluntary and does not create an employment, agency, or partnership relationship. You have no authority to bind Retraite Eveil, accept bookings, set prices, or speak on our behalf except as expressly permitted in these Affiliate Terms.

These Affiliate Terms govern retreat referral commissions only. They do not govern the Integration Partner Programme (preparation, presential facilitation, and post-retreat integration services), which is subject to the separate Partnership Ethics Guidelines. An approved Integration Partner may also hold an affiliate account; each programme keeps its own rules.

2. Definitions

  • Website, retraite-eveil.com and its language versions.
  • Referral link, your unique link in the format /go/your-code or equivalent tracking URL shown in your affiliate dashboard.
  • Referred buyer, a customer who completes checkout and payment for a retreat order attributed to your referral link.
  • Qualifying order, a paid retreat registration on the Website that is validly attributed to you and not excluded under these Affiliate Terms.
  • Commission, the amount payable to you for a qualifying order, shown in your affiliate dashboard.

3. Applying to the Programme

To apply, you must:

  1. Have a customer account on the Website (create one at registration if needed);
  2. Complete the application on our Affiliate Programme page;
  3. Provide a valid PayPal or payout email for commission payments;
  4. Provide at least one link to where you promote content (for example YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X/Twitter, or your website);
  5. Describe how you intend to promote Retraite Eveil; and
  6. Accept these Affiliate Terms.

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Until your account is approved, your referral link will not earn commissions.

4. Approval, rejection, and suspension

We review applications at our discretion. An affiliate account may be pending, active, rejected, or suspended. Only active affiliates earn commissions on new qualifying orders.

We may reject an application or suspend or terminate an affiliate account if we reasonably believe you have breached these Affiliate Terms, misrepresented Retraite Eveil, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if continued participation would pose legal, reputational, or safety risks. We are not obliged to provide detailed reasons for rejection or termination, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

Upon termination, your referral link stops tracking new commissions. Pending commissions may be withheld or cancelled if related to invalid traffic, self-referrals, fraud, or chargebacks/refunds, as determined by us in good faith.

When your account is active, your referral link and affiliate code are shown in your Affiliate Dashboard.

Tracking works as follows:

  • A visitor who clicks your referral link or lands with your ?ref= parameter receives a first-party cookie (re_affiliate) on the Website;
  • The default cookie duration is 30 days from the click (configurable by us);
  • If that visitor later completes a qualifying order while the cookie is valid, the order may be attributed to you;
  • Only active affiliate accounts receive attribution.

We use a last-click model within the cookie window. If another affiliate's link is clicked after yours before checkout, attribution may follow the later valid referral. We do not guarantee tracking in all browsers, devices, or privacy configurations (for example if cookies are blocked).

6. Qualifying referrals and conversions

A conversion qualifies for commission when all of the following apply:

  • Your affiliate account is active at the time of the qualifying click or checkout attribution;
  • The buyer reached the Website through your valid referral link or cookie;
  • The buyer completes a paid retreat order on the Website (payment confirmed, not merely pending bank transfer);
  • The order is not a self-referral (see section 12);
  • The order is not cancelled, fully refunded, or otherwise invalid under section 9.

Commission is earned on the buyer's order (the person who pays at checkout), not on individual guest tickets separately. One commission record is created per qualifying paid order.

7. Commission structure

Commission rates depend on how many qualifying paid orders the same referred buyer has completed through your referral link:

  • 20% on the referred buyer's first qualifying paid order;
  • 10% on their second qualifying paid order;
  • 5% on each subsequent qualifying paid order by that same referred buyer.

Rates apply to the order total for the qualifying payment as recorded in our system. We may update rate tiers for future orders by publishing changes to these Affiliate Terms; existing pending commissions already recorded are not retroactively reduced except under section 9.

8. How commissions are calculated

The commission amount equals the applicable percentage of the order total (in EUR) for the qualifying paid order, rounded to two decimal places. The order total is the amount confirmed as paid for that registration, as shown on the order and in your dashboard.

Commissions are created when payment is confirmed in our system. They initially appear as pending in your dashboard. Pending commissions are not final until paid out and remain subject to refund adjustments under section 9.

We do not pay commission on unpaid or expired pending bank-transfer orders, chargebacks, fraudulent transactions, or orders we reasonably determine to be invalid.

9. Refunds and commission adjustments

Retreat bookings may be refunded under our Returns & Refunds Policy. If a qualifying order is fully refunded before your commission is paid, the related commission is cancelled (clawed back) and will not be paid.

If a partial refund is processed on an order while the commission is still pending, the pending commission amount may be reduced proportionally to reflect the refunded portion of the order total.

If a commission has already been paid and a subsequent refund or chargeback occurs, we may offset the amount against future commissions or request repayment where permitted by law.

10. Payouts

Commissions are paid manually by Retraite Eveil to the PayPal or payout email you provided in your application, unless we agree another method in writing.

Payouts are processed on a periodic basis when pending commissions are reviewed and approved by our team. There is no automatic real-time payout. You will receive email notification when a commission is marked as paid in your dashboard.

You are responsible for ensuring your payout details are accurate and for any fees charged by your payment provider. We may require a minimum pending balance or additional verification before processing payouts.

Commission payments may be delayed or withheld if we are investigating suspected fraud, policy breaches, or disputed orders. We may issue payout references for your records where applicable.

11. Promotional standards

Because Retraite Eveil offers experiences involving a regulated substance, affiliates must promote us accurately, responsibly, and lawfully. You agree to:

  • Present Retraite Eveil as an experiential retreat organiser, not as a medical provider, clinic, or psychedelic therapy service;
  • Not make false or unsubstantiated health claims, cure promises, or guarantees of outcomes;
  • Make clear that psilocybin truffles are used only in the Netherlands in line with applicable Dutch law during our retreats, and that legality differs elsewhere;
  • Refer guests to official information on contraindications, minimum age (18+), and the mandatory health questionnaire;
  • Link primarily to our official Website rather than copying outdated pricing or programme details;
  • Disclose your affiliate relationship clearly and conspicuously in any promotion that qualifies as an endorsement or sponsored content, in line with applicable advertising rules (including FTC guidelines in the United States and equivalent EU/UK disclosure requirements);
  • Not create the impression that you are Retraite Eveil, our employee, or an official medical adviser.

You may use our name, logo, and approved materials only in a fair, non-misleading way. We may request changes to your content or require use of specific disclaimers.

12. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

  • Self-refer, earn commission on orders where you are the buyer, or use alternate accounts or devices to refer yourself or close family members in bad faith;
  • Use spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, or misleading pop-ups to drive clicks;
  • Place affiliate links on sites promoting illegal activity, hate, violence, or deceptive content;
  • Cookie-stuff, iframe, or set tracking cookies without a clear user click on your disclosed referral link;
  • Promote unauthorized discount codes, fake coupons, or prices we have not published;
  • Bid on our brand name or confusing variants in paid search without written permission (see section 13);
  • Incentivise clicks or bookings in a way that misleads users about the nature of the retreat or your relationship to us (for example offering cash rebates funded from expected commission without clear disclosure);
  • Violate intellectual property rights or use our trademarks in domain names without permission;
  • Engage in fraud, fake traffic, or manipulation of the tracking system.

Adding your own bonuses or bundling your separate products/services with a referral is permitted only if you comply with disclosure rules and do not misrepresent what Retraite Eveil includes.

13. Paid search (PPC)

Pay-per-click advertising on search engines or social platforms using our brand terms, retreat names, or confusingly similar keywords is not permitted without our prior written approval. Generic terms about psilocybin retreats may still be restricted if ads misrepresent affiliation or use our branding without permission.

14. Intellectual property

Retraite Eveil and Damien Soitout Holdings retain all rights in trademarks, logos, website content, and programme materials. Your licence to use them for Programme promotion is revocable, non-exclusive, and limited to promoting legitimate bookings under these Affiliate Terms. Upon termination you must stop using our branding except where necessary for historical disclosures.

15. Data and privacy

We process affiliate account data, referral clicks, and commission records as described in our Privacy Policy. You must comply with applicable data-protection law when collecting or processing personal data about your audience. Do not share health or booking data you receive from referred guests beyond what law permits.

16. Term and termination

These Affiliate Terms begin when you submit an application or first use referral materials after acceptance, and continue until your affiliate account is terminated. Either party may end participation at any time; you may contact us to request deactivation.

Sections that by nature should survive (including payment obligations, indemnity, liability limits, and governing law) survive termination.

17. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Retraite Eveil is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost commissions) arising from tracking failures, technical errors, cookie blocking, programme changes, or events outside our reasonable control.

The Programme and Website are provided without warranties beyond those required by mandatory law. Our aggregate liability to you in connection with the Programme is limited to unpaid commissions validly earned and not clawed back under these Affiliate Terms in the twelve months before the claim, unless higher liability is required by law.

18. Indemnification

You will indemnify and hold harmless Damien Soitout Holdings, Retraite Eveil, and their officers, directors, and agents from claims, fines, losses, and reasonable legal costs arising from your promotional activities, breach of these Affiliate Terms, failure to make required disclosures, or misrepresentation of our retreats or legal status.

19. Changes

We may update these Affiliate Terms for legal, operational, or commercial reasons. Material changes will be posted on the Website with an updated date. Continued participation after the effective date constitutes acceptance unless you terminate your affiliate account. Commission rates for orders already recorded as pending at the time of change are handled according to the terms in effect when the order was paid, except where refund clawbacks apply.

20. Applicable law

These Affiliate Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus, without prejudice to mandatory protections that apply to you in your country of residence. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts competent for Damien Soitout Holdings in Cyprus, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

By checking the acceptance box on the affiliate application form and submitting your application, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Affiliate Terms. This electronic acceptance has the same effect as a handwritten signature to the extent permitted by applicable law.
