Partnership Ethics Guidelines
Last updated: July 2026
These Partnership Ethics Guidelines ("Guidelines") govern participation in the Retraite Eveil Integration Partner Programme (the "Programme"). The Programme is operated by Damien Soitout Holdings, a company located in Cyprus, trading as Retraite Eveil ("we", "us", the "Organiser", the "Platform").
By submitting a partnership application, accepting approval, creating or editing services, opting in to retreat dates, or delivering services booked through retraite-eveil.com, you ("Partner", "you") agree to these Guidelines, our general Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Returns & Refunds Policy where they apply to Partner services and client bookings.
These Guidelines are distinct from our Affiliate Terms of Use. Integration Partners may also receive affiliate tools for referring retreat bookings; referral commissions remain governed by the Affiliate Terms. Partner service fees for preparation, presential facilitation, and post-retreat integration are governed by these Guidelines and are separate from affiliate commissions.

1. Purpose and values
Retraite Eveil organises guided psilocybin truffle retreats in the Netherlands. The Programme connects retreat guests with verified integration experts who offer optional preparation, presential facilitation support, and post-retreat integration services.
We expect Partners to uphold:
- Safety first, never overriding contraindications, medical advice, or Organiser safety decisions;
- Honesty, accurate profiles, credentials, languages, and service descriptions;
- Respect, for clients, facilitators, other Partners, and group containers;
- Confidentiality, of client disclosures and retreat-related information;
- Clear scope, no presenting Partner services as clinical therapy, medical treatment, or a substitute for professional care unless you are lawfully authorised and clearly state your regulated status;
- Reliability, honour bookings, communicate promptly, and meet the standards described below.
2. Definitions
- Website, retraite-eveil.com and its language versions.
- Partner, an approved integration expert listed or applying under the Programme.
- Client, a guest or buyer who books a Partner service through the Website (often in connection with a retreat order).
- Partner service, a priced offering you publish (pre-retreat preparation, presential facilitation, or post-retreat integration), subject to our approval before it goes live.
- Booking, a confirmed Partner service selection purchased through checkout or otherwise recorded on the Platform.
- Canonical Partner account, your operational Partner record used for bookings, availability, and payouts.
3. Nature of the relationship
You participate as an independent professional. Nothing in these Guidelines creates employment, agency, joint venture, or general partnership with Damien Soitout Holdings / Retraite Eveil.
Retraite Eveil operates a marketplace Platform: we list approved Partners, enable Clients to book approved services, collect payment as part of checkout where applicable, and administer completion, disputes, and Partner payouts. Unless expressly stated otherwise, you are the service provider for Partner services; we are not the therapist, coach, or facilitator of your sessions.
You have no authority to bind Retraite Eveil, set retreat ticket prices, approve health questionnaires, or speak as our employee.
4. Application and onboarding
To apply you must:
- Provide accurate identity, contact, expertise, bio, and motivation information;
- Indicate which service types you wish to offer;
- Accept these Guidelines;
- Complete any additional verification we reasonably request (for example references, credentials, or clarifying questions).
Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. We may request more information, reject an application, or delay a decision. Applications are reviewed for quality, safety culture, clarity of scope, and fit with retreat guests.
5. Approval, suspension, and removal
Partner accounts may be pending, needs information, active, suspended, rejected, or banned.
Only active Partners may appear in the public directory (where published), receive new bookings for live services, and access the partnership dashboard for operational features.
We may suspend, reject, or ban a Partner, deactivate services, or remove public listing if we reasonably believe you have breached these Guidelines, endangered Clients, misrepresented qualifications, failed to honour bookings without legitimate cause, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if continued participation poses legal, reputational, or safety risks. Where practicable we will notify you; we are not obliged to provide exhaustive reasons except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
Upon suspension or ban, new bookings stop. Open bookings may be reassigned, cancelled, or mediated at our discretion. Payout eligibility for unfinished or disputed bookings follows section 14 and our Returns & Refunds Policy.
6. Public profile and representations
Your public profile may include name, photo, bio, expertise, languages spoken, website, and social links. You must:
- Keep profile content accurate and up to date in each language you publish;
- Select only languages you can genuinely facilitate in;
- Avoid misleading claims (guaranteed healing outcomes, curing diagnoses, or implying Retraite Eveil medical endorsement);
- Use photos and materials you have rights to use.
We may edit or require edits to profile content that breaches these Guidelines or our brand standards.
7. Services you may offer
Approved catalogue service types include:
- Pre-retreat preparation, supporting Clients before a retreat;
- Presential facilitation, in-person support around a published retreat date, subject to availability opt-in and the 1:3 safety ratio;
- Post-retreat integration, support after a retreat.
Every new or materially updated service (title, description, price, duration) requires admin approval before it is live. Until approved, the service remains pending and is not bookable.
You set your own service prices (in EUR on the Platform). Marketing claims that Partners keep 100% of Partner service fees refer to the absence of a Platform commission on those service fees; payment-processor fees, taxes, chargebacks, dispute adjustments, and similar costs remain your responsibility where applicable.
8. Safety, scope of practice, and disclaimers
Partner services are not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, or emergency care. You must:
- Stay within your lawful scope of practice and professional competence;
- Never encourage Clients to ignore medical advice, medications, or Organiser questionnaire outcomes;
- Escalate immediate safety concerns to emergency services and inform Retraite Eveil when retreat-related;
- Respect that retreat participation requires Organiser questionnaire approval; you cannot override a safety rejection.
Psilocybin experiences can be intense. If you support Clients around psychedelic use, you must work with sobriety, consent, and trauma-aware practice appropriate to your training, and never pressure Clients into substances or dosing decisions outside Organiser programme rules.
9. Professional conduct and client care
You agree to:
- Communicate clearly about format, duration, location (online/in person), languages, and boundaries;
- Obtain informed consent for the work you offer;
- Maintain appropriate professional boundaries (no exploitation, harassment, or dual relationships that compromise care);
- Respond to Client and Platform messages within a reasonable time;
- Deliver the service substantially as described;
- Document completion in the partnership dashboard when the service is done.
10. Presential facilitation and the 1:3 safety ratio
For presential facilitation tied to a retreat date:
- You must opt in to specific published dates via your availability tools;
- A strict safety limit applies: a maximum of 3 Clients per Partner per event (1:3 ratio) for quota-limited presential services;
- If quota is reached or you are not opted in, Clients cannot select you for that date;
- You must coordinate with Organiser facilitators and respect group container rules on site.
11. Bookings, scheduling, and communication
When a Client books your service through the Website:
- The booking appears in your partnership dashboard;
- You must honour the booking or cancel early through the Platform before completion has started, so we can handle Client refunds;
- You must not take Clients off-platform to avoid Platform records for services that originated on Retraite Eveil, except where we expressly agree;
- Scheduling details beyond checkout (exact meeting times, video links) should be confirmed promptly with the Client.
12. Completion, no-shows, and cancellations
12.1 Dual confirmation
Partner service payouts become ready when both you and the Client have marked the booking as completed (or when we resolve a dispute or override in your favour under section 13). Until then, payout status remains pending.
12.2 Partner cancellation
You may cancel a booking before either party has started completion confirmation. Partner cancellation notifies the Client and our team so a refund review can proceed under the Returns & Refunds Policy. Repeated cancellations without good cause may lead to suspension.
12.3 Client no-show
If a Client fails to attend a scheduled session without legitimate notice, you may log a client no-show for admin review. Payout is not automatic; we may investigate and decide whether to release payout, offer a partial outcome, or refund the Client.
12.4 Incomplete or unsatisfactory delivery
If a Client believes a service was not delivered, was incomplete, or materially differed from the listing, they may open a dispute. Do not pressure Clients to mark completion if the service was not delivered.
13. Disputes and platform mediation
Disputes are reviewed by Retraite Eveil. Possible outcomes include, without limitation:
- Marking the booking completed (payout ready);
- Partial Partner payout;
- Partial Client refund;
- Full Client refund (Partner payout cancelled);
- Dismissing the dispute and returning the booking to in-progress;
- Admin override completion in exceptional cases.
Both parties must cooperate in good faith, provide accurate information, and accept that Platform decisions on Partner-service disputes are final for Platform payout and refund administration, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights or courts of competent jurisdiction.
14. Fees, payouts, and taxes
- Partner service fees are collected through Website checkout when Clients add your services to an order;
- When a booking is ready, you may request a payout for eligible bookings from your dashboard;
- We process approved payout requests manually (for example bank/SEPA or other methods we communicate) to the payout email/details on your Partner profile;
- You are solely responsible for declaring and paying taxes, social charges, and professional insurance in your jurisdiction;
- We may withhold or reverse payouts for fraud, chargebacks, unresolved disputes, or Guideline breaches.
15. Client data and confidentiality
You will receive Client contact and booking information necessary to deliver the service. You must:
- Use that data only to deliver the booked service and related support;
- Keep Client information confidential;
- Not sell or misuse Client lists;
- Comply with applicable data-protection law for any processing you perform as an independent controller of your own notes or tools;
- Delete or securely archive Client data when no longer needed, subject to legal retention duties.
Our role as Platform controller for Website booking data is described in the Privacy Policy.
16. Intellectual property and branding
Retraite Eveil names, logos, and materials remain our property. You may state that you are a verified Retraite Eveil Integration Partner while your account is active and in good standing. You may not imply employment by us, alter our trademarks, or use our brand in paid ads that violate our Affiliate Terms or these Guidelines.
Your original content remains yours; you grant us a licence to display it on the Website for Programme purposes.
17. Prohibited conduct
Without limitation, you must not:
- Provide false credentials or hide conflicts of interest;
- Harass, discriminate against, or exploit Clients;
- Offer illegal substances or encourage unlawful activity;
- Circumvent Platform booking/payment for services that originated on the Website in order to avoid dispute records or payout rules;
- Share Client confidential information publicly;
- Attack, spam, or manipulate reviews or directory listings;
- Use the Programme to recruit for competing retreat organisers in a way that misuses Client data obtained via Retraite Eveil.
18. Liability and indemnification
You are responsible for the professional quality and legality of your services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Retraite Eveil is not liable for your advice, techniques, or outcomes. You agree to indemnify Damien Soitout Holdings / Retraite Eveil against claims arising from your services, your breach of these Guidelines, or your misuse of Client data, except to the extent caused by our wilful misconduct.
Nothing excludes liability that cannot be limited under mandatory law.
19. Changes
We may update these Guidelines from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notifying active Partners. Continued use of the Programme after changes constitutes acceptance, except where mandatory law requires explicit re-consent.
20. Applicable law
These Guidelines are governed by the laws applicable to Damien Soitout Holdings as stated in our Terms & Conditions, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may benefit Clients.
