Medical Partner Terms
Last updated: July 2026
These Medical Partner Terms ("Terms") govern participation in the Retraite Eveil Medical Partner Programme (the "Programme"). The Programme is operated by Damien Soitout Holdings, a company located in Cyprus, trading as Retraite Eveil ("we", "us", the "Organiser", the "Platform").
By submitting a medical partner application, accepting approval, creating a medical consult service, accepting cases, or delivering video medical clearance consults through retraite-eveil.com, you ("Medical Partner", "you") agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and (where they apply) our general Terms & Conditions and Returns & Refunds Policy.
These Terms are distinct from the Partnership Ethics Guidelines that apply to integration facilitation Partners. Medical Partners do not appear in the public Partners directory.

1. Purpose
The Programme connects retreat guests who need a medication-related medical clearance review with licensed prescribers for a private video consult. The goal is safety for guests and a clear fitness decision for ticket approval workflows.
2. Your role
You participate as an independent licensed professional. Nothing in these Terms creates employment, agency, or joint venture with Damien Soitout Holdings / Retraite Eveil.
You are responsible for your clinical judgment, professional insurance (where required), and compliance with the laws of the places where you are licensed and where you practise.
3. Eligibility and licensing
You must hold a valid prescribing credential accepted by us (for example psychiatrist or GP with prescribing rights), provide accurate license details, and keep them current. We may verify, request proof, or revoke verification. You must not accept new cases unless your license is verified on the Platform and you have marked that you are accepting cases.
4. Application consent
Applications require affirmative agreement to these Medical Partner Terms (including the Non-competition section) and to our Privacy Policy. We record the agreement time, document versions, IP address, and browser user agent for audit purposes. Approval is discretionary and requires that consent record.
5. Scope of practice
Platform cases are limited to medical clearance consults related to retreat safety (including medication interactions and related clinical judgment). You must not use Platform dossier data for unrelated clinical programmes, research without consent, or marketing.
Retraite Eveil does not practise medicine through the Platform. Fitness decisions you record inform our ticket workflows; they do not create a treatment relationship between guests and Retraite Eveil.
6. Confidentiality and data
Questionnaire answers, case messages, and dossier materials are confidential. Access them only to deliver the assigned consult. Do not download, copy, or share data outside the Platform except as required by law or with our written instruction. Follow our Privacy Policy for personal data.
7. Non-competition
Many applicants already offer, or may later offer, psilocybin or other psychedelic treatments, retreats, or facilitation. That is allowed in general. The following limits apply to guests and data obtained through Retraite Eveil:
- While you are an active Medical Partner, and for 12 months after your Medical Partner account ends (suspension, resignation, rejection after approval, ban, or deactivation), you must not solicit Retraite Eveil retreat participants that you obtained through the Platform for competing psilocybin retreats, psychedelic facilitation packages, or similar competing immersion programmes.
- You must not use Retraite Eveil questionnaire answers, dossier content, case messages, or contact details obtained through the Platform to recruit guests into your own psychedelic programmes or those of a related business.
- You acknowledge that Retraite Eveil guests remain Retraite Eveil clients for retreat services booked on the Platform. A medical consult does not transfer the guest relationship for retreat sales.
- Ordinary independent clinical care unrelated to competing retreat solicitation is not barred by this section, provided you do not misuse Platform data or solicit as described above.
If you breach this section, we may suspend or ban your account, withhold or claw back Platform payouts where lawful, and pursue other remedies available under applicable law.
8. Video meetings
You provide the meeting link using Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams only. You are responsible for the security of your meeting room and for joining on time.
9. Fitness decisions
After the consult you must record a clear fitness decision (cleared, not cleared, or cleared with conditions) with a participant-facing summary. Conditions should include a due date when follow-up is required. Decisions must be honest and based on the information available to you.
10. Fees and payouts
You set a price for your live medical consult video service subject to our approval. Payouts follow Platform partner payout rules after completion. Platform-funded or waived cases may pay you under separate admin arrangements.
11. Conduct
Communicate respectfully in the case message thread. Do not pressure guests. Escalate crisis indicators to Platform admin processes promptly. Do not promise retreat outcomes or override Organiser safety decisions.
12. Suspension and removal
We may suspend, deactivate, or ban accounts for safety, license issues, consent gaps, Non-competition breaches, or quality concerns. You may stop accepting cases at any time from your workspace.
13. Liability
You are responsible for your professional acts and omissions. Retraite Eveil is not liable for your clinical advice except to the extent caused by our wilful misconduct or as required by mandatory law. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of guest data, to the extent permitted by law.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes may require renewed acceptance before you continue accepting cases.
15. Applicable law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus, without prejudice to mandatory protections that cannot be waived. Courts of Cyprus have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer or professional rules where they apply.
16. Electronic acceptance
Checking the agreement boxes on the medical partner application, or continuing to use the medical workspace after notice of updated Terms, constitutes electronic acceptance of these Terms including the Non-competition section.
