In a world driven by speed, distraction, and external pressure, we believe people need spaces to slow down, reconnect, and return to what truly matters.

I am Cédric, 46 years old. I was born and raised in Toulouse, where I have built a rich, grounded, and fulfilling life. I live with my partner and I am the father of two daughters, aged 12 and 10. I am known for my clarity, sincerity, and emotional intelligence, and I strive to embody a balance between a demanding professional life and a deeply anchored personal journey.

Like many, I have navigated moments of difficulty, periods of doubt, friction, and introspection. It was during one of these transitional phases that I encountered psilocybin for the first time, almost by chance. I was not seeking an adventure or a novel experience; I was searching for clarity, meaning, and a more stable inner peace.

That first encounter proved profoundly transformative. Not in a dramatic, outward sense, but in a quiet, structural way. It reshaped my perception of myself, my relationships, my emotional patterns, and what truly matters. Most importantly, the impact did not end with the experience itself, it continued to evolve over time, offering answers that logic alone could not provide and illuminating deeper, unspoken questions.

Over time, one realization became unmistakable: when something helps you grow in an honest, profound, and lasting way, it naturally inspires a desire to share it. Not to turn it into a product, nor to embellish it with inspirational storytelling, but simply because the transformation is too meaningful to keep to oneself.

After months of reflection, I came to understand that hosting retreats was the most authentic and coherent way to pass on what I had received. My work today is guided by that intention: to offer others a safe, structured, and deeply human space where inner clarity can emerge, just as it did for me.
