Damien Soitout is a facilitator with the Retraite Éveil team. His commitment stems from a personal journey marked by the search for meaning, inner responsibility, and lasting transformation. At the crossroads of human experience, guidance, and awareness, he contributes to creating a safe and structured framework for psilocybin retreats in the Netherlands.

Convinced that psychedelic experiences only reach their full potential when lived with intention, preparation, and integration, Damien is particularly involved in the quality of the setting, the human presence, and the overall ethics of the retreats. For him, emotional safety, clarity of the process, and respect for each individual’s pace are essential.

His approach is understated, grounded, and focused on inner autonomy. He guides participants with attentive listening, discernment, and responsibility, ensuring that the experience is lasting and translates into concrete changes in daily life.

At Retraite Éveil, Damien helps maintain a demanding yet profoundly human vision of psychedelic retreats. A vision where inner exploration is neither an escape nor an illusory promise, but a sincere commitment to oneself, supported by a present and attentive community.
